How far in advance do I need to book? +
We recommend booking at least 2–4 hours in advance for standard trips. For special events, corporate accounts, multi-day trips, or large vehicle needs, we recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead. We do accept last-minute requests subject to availability — call us directly at (213) 807-3999 for urgent bookings.
Do you track my flight if I'm landing at LAX? +
Yes, always. When you provide your flight number, our dispatch team monitors your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver's schedule adjusts automatically — you will never be charged for flight delays. Our standard included wait time is 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals after the actual landing time.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a fee of up to 50% of the trip total. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. For corporate accounts, cancellation terms are defined in your service agreement.
When is my card charged? +
Your card is not charged at booking. When you submit a reservation, we securely save your card through Stripe. Payment is only captured after our dispatch team reviews and confirms your trip. You will receive a confirmation email with the exact amount before any charge is made.
Do you do airport pickups at terminals or curbside? +
Both options are available. Meet & greet: your driver will be waiting inside the terminal at the arrivals exit with a name sign. Curbside: your driver will be at the designated ground transportation pickup zone. For private aviation at FBOs (fixed-base operators), we offer tarmac-side service — your driver pulls directly to the aircraft. Select your preference when booking or mention it in the special requests field.
Are your drivers licensed and insured? +
Yes. All LIMO LAX drivers hold a valid California TCP (Transportation Charter Party) license, maintain commercial vehicle insurance that meets California state requirements, and pass background checks before onboarding. Vehicle registrations are current and all documentation is monitored and renewed automatically by our system.
Can I request a specific driver? +
Absolutely. Use the "Book Your Driver" option on our booking page to request a specific chauffeur by name. We will do our best to assign your preferred driver. If they are unavailable for your time slot, our dispatch team will contact you to discuss alternatives before confirming.
Do you offer hourly and multi-day service? +
Yes. Our hourly / as directed service has a 3-hour minimum and is perfect for events, meetings, or full-day use. For multi-day arrangements — film productions, conference weeks, wedding weekends, or executive travel — use the "Get a Quote" option on our booking page for custom pricing. Our longest single engagement has been a 14-day production run.
How do I set up a corporate account? +
Fill out the Corporate Account Request form on this page (click "Corporate" in the navigation above). Our team will reach out within 24 hours to discuss your volume, routes, preferred vehicles, and billing terms. Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing, priority dispatch, custom rates, and a dedicated account manager.
What areas do you serve? +
Our primary service area is Greater Los Angeles — including LAX, Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne (Orange County), Santa Barbara, San Diego, and Palm Springs airports. We also serve all major LA neighborhoods, hotels, studios, and private FBOs. For destinations outside Greater LA, please use the Get a Quote form for custom pricing.

By accepting, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms below. Your acceptance is recorded with timestamp and IP address. LIMO LAX operates solely as a booking platform and is not a transportation carrier. All services are performed by independent contractors. By submitting a booking, you enter into a legally binding agreement.

Booking & Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only when payment is processed and confirmation is issued. Client must review all details upon confirmation. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of all booking details as accurate.

Vehicle Capacity & Rates
SUV: up to 6 passengers · 6 suitcases
Point-to-Point / Airport: $80 base (up to 6 mi) + $6 per additional mile
Hourly / As Directed: $125 per hour (3-hour minimum, 40 miles included; extra miles billed at $6/mi)
⚠ Exceeding capacity may result in refusal of service without refund.
Vehicle type, model, or appearance is not guaranteed and may vary.

Airport pickups: Domestic: 40 min · International: 60 min
Other services: 10 minutes
Additional wait: $60/hour — any partial hour billed as full hour.

Flight Delays & Changes
LIMO LAX is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or airline schedule changes. Client must notify updates immediately.

Cancellation Policy
· 24+ hours: Full refund
· Less than 24 hours: 100% charge — non-refundable
All bookings within 24 hours are final and fully billable.

Airport Pick-Up
Driver will contact upon landing. Pickup is curbside when passenger is ready.
⚠ Airport regulations prohibit waiting — only active loading is allowed.

No Show
No-show = 100% charge. No exceptions.

Add-Ons & Limitations
Add-ons must be selected at time of booking.
· Child Seat: $25 each (maximum 3 per SUV)
Requests during the trip are not guaranteed.

Overnight Pickup Surcharge
A $20 overnight surcharge is automatically applied to all reservations with a scheduled pickup time between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (Pacific Time). This charge is calculated based on the scheduled pickup time at the time of booking, not the actual pickup time, and is non-negotiable. The surcharge will be included in the trip total and reflected in your booking summary and confirmation email.

Client Responsibility
Client assumes full responsibility for passenger behavior, booking accuracy, delays caused by client, additional time, and all financial charges.

Damage, Cleaning & Penalties
Client is financially responsible for any damage, misuse, or excessive cleaning (spills, food, smoking, interior damage).
⚠ Fees may reach $500+ per incident. Severe cases may result in full cost recovery and service termination.

Lost Items
LIMO LAX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

Limitation of Liability
LIMO LAX is not liable for injuries or death, delays or missed flights, financial losses, or indirect/consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid.

Force Majeure
LIMO LAX is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, airport restrictions, or events beyond control.

Service Termination
Service may be terminated without refund for unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or policy violations.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. Client waives right to jury trial and class actions.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
By proceeding, you confirm acceptance of all terms, understanding of LIMO LAX's platform role, and assumption of all risks. Acceptance recorded with timestamp and IP.
