Service Agreement

LIMO LAX — Independent Contractor Service Agreement (Summary) You agree to operate as an independent contractor, not an employee, of LIMO LAX. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. LIMO LAX will assign trips and you retain the right to accept or decline. Your payout is 77% of the trip fare, paid every Wednesday. You agree to maintain all required licenses and insurance in good standing. Expired documents will result in immediate deactivation. You agree to maintain LIMO LAX professional standards at all times including dress code, vehicle presentation, and client conduct. You agree not to solicit LIMO LAX clients for personal business. A full contractor agreement will be sent to your email upon approval.

I confirm I am an independent contractor and not an employee of LIMO LAX. I am responsible for my own taxes, expenses, and insurance of the passengers. I agree to maintain a 77/23 commission split — 77% to me, 23% to LIMO LAX — paid weekly every Wednesday. I will maintain all required documents — license, insurance, TCP, registration — current at all times. I agree to LIMO LAX dress code and standards — dark suit or professional attire, vehicle always clean. I understand this is a full application and that LIMO LAX may reject my application without explanation. Final agreement will be sent by email.
